Spiral Synergy is an effective form of bodywork that uses gentle movement and comfortable positions to unlock tension and relieve pain. There are no rapid adjustments, painful contortions or deep muscle probing. Instead, Spiral Synergy uses the body's preferred positions and mild exaggerations of any distortion to engage the self-healing reflexes of the body to initiate postural balance and integration. This introductory course gives you an overview of Spiral Synergy and principles and gives instruction and practice in working with each major joint in the body.
