These seminars are intended to educate and inform everyone on how they can improve their quality of life. Some seminars are in a lecture/discussion format while others are hands-on experiences. All subjects in this category have no prerequisites in terms of experience or knowledge. In general, all attendees must be at least 18 years of age.
