Course Withdrawal and Refund Policies

• Before enrolling in any course, students must complete all prerequisite requirements. Failure to meet the prerequisite(s) will result in withdrawal, subject to WMTI's withdrawal fees and refund policies. Check the WMTI Catalog.
• Seating is limited in each course. Enrollment must be accompanied by payment in full, unless otherwise stated in the schedule.
• $25.00 per class in non-refundable; a $50.00withdrawal fee is retained after published deadline date of each class. Students who fail to attend class do not receive a refund. Only when the Institute cancels a course will the entire deposit be refunded.
• A $25.00 fee will be levied for checks returned by the bank.
• If the student withdraws from a class, WMTI reserves the right to automatically transfer any refund due toward the balance due on any other elective class that the student is taking.
• College of DuPage students are subject to C.O.D.'s withdrawal and refund policies: 100% refund up to seven calendar days prior to start of class. No refund granted after this time.
• Joliet Junior College students are subject to JJC's refund policy, please check their refund policy.
